Natalie Lipsey attained her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami and is currently pursuing her Master of Real Estate Development from New York University (NYU). Natalie strives to create projects that are more than just sustainable, but rather create a sense of place through layers of history, culture, and wellness. With a well-rounded background in architecture, construction management, engineering, and real estate development, Natalie aspires to create sustainable urban plans, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. Sustainable projects are not only environmentally friendly, functional, and integrated into the natural world, but are also aesthetically beautiful and commemorate the identity of a site.
