This waterfront town is comprised of a series of neighborhoods clustered on the western uplands  along East Bay, in Callaway, FL.  The interior, more ecologically-sensitive lands have been reserved for wetland preservation and restoration.  Neighborhoods were designed in a traditional neighbor-hood pattern, with an interconnected network of blocks and streets that can extend to adjacent par-cels.  Spectacular water vistas are found throughout the property, including views towards East Bay, the interior marshes, and from within the bayous.  Consultants assisting Dover-Kohl in the planning process included Hall Planning & Engineering, Ecological Resource Consultants, JSS Design, Craig Thurmond, Zimmerman Volk Associates, and Benson Miles TND.
