Kessie Estil holds degrees in Urban Planning and Architecture, as well as a master's in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida Atlantic University. What Kessie loves most about Urban Design and Planning is the opportunity to create vibrant spaces in the city that people will want to interact with. She believes that the spaces in between the architecture and the streets where people congregate are as important as the building's front door. Architecture alone focuses on the structure, while Urban Design creates spaces at the human scale. Kessie believes that the human scale and the architecture should have a symbiotic relationship to create the most enjoyable spaces. Born and raised in Haiti, Kessie's passion for the field is fueled by the dream to one day build better cities in her native country.
